1. Products & Services

Sandy’s Digital Boutique offers products and services that may include:

Photo restoration and editing
Custom graphic design services
Personalized printed products
eBooks, planners, templates, and other digital products

Product availability, pricing, designs, and services may change at any time.

2. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, photographs, wording, names, dates, and other materials necessary to complete custom orders.

Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the project and how quickly the customer provides the requested information and approvals.

3. Proof Approval

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the entire design before approval.

Please check:

Names and spelling
Dates and times
Addresses and locations
Photographs
Obituaries, poems, scriptures, and other wording
Layout and design
Quantity and product selections

Once a customer approves a final proof, the design may be considered ready for printing, production, or delivery.

Sandy’s Digital Boutique is not responsible for customer-submitted errors that were visible in an approved proof.

4. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting photographs, text, logos, music, videos, or other materials, you confirm that you have permission or the necessary rights to use those materials.

You authorize Sandy’s Digital Boutique to use the submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your order.

5. Digital Products

Digital products are intended for the purchaser’s personal use unless the product description specifically provides commercial-use or resale rights.

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the original design.

Digital products may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared, or reproduced for commercial purposes unless written permission or an appropriate license has been provided.

6. Payments

Payment is required according to the terms displayed at checkout or communicated when placing a custom order.

Orders may not enter design, production, or fulfillment until the required payment has been received.

Prices may change without notice; however, price changes will not affect orders already completed and paid for unless an order is later modified by the customer.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once design or production work has begun.

Digital products are generally final sale once delivered or made available for download.

Printed products with a verified production error or damage will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Please review our Refund & Return Policy before completing your purchase.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated processing and delivery dates are not guarantees.

Sandy’s Digital Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

9. Memorial & Time-Sensitive Orders

Customers purchasing funeral, memorial, or other time-sensitive products are responsible for providing all required information and approving proofs promptly.

Delays in submitting photographs, information, payment, or proof approval may affect the completion or delivery date.

10. Design Changes & Revisions

The number of revisions included with a custom service may be specified in the individual product description.

Major changes requested after a design has been substantially completed or approved may require an additional design fee.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original designs, branding, graphics, website content, product photographs, written content, and other original materials created by Sandy’s Digital Boutique remain the intellectual property of Sandy’s Digital Boutique.

Purchasing a finished product does not automatically grant ownership of editable design files, templates, or source files.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy protected content without permission, or use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sandy’s Digital Boutique will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
